All you need to purchase cannabis from The Smokey Leaf is a valid and clear state-issued ID! You may be asked to present identification more than once to ensure a smooth experience. Also, we don’t accept credit cards but we do accept cash and debit cards.
We take cash and debit cards! If needed, we have an atm on-site for customers to use.
According to the great state of Massachusetts and higher powers, there is a limit to buying an ounce of cannabis in a 24-hour time span. The amount varies with the purchase of different forms of cannabis such as edibles, tinctures, concentrates, etc.
We do not make refunds but if there is a special circumstance we can discuss it with the manager.
